Perfect!
And let's keep the current .uno:PageUp, .uno:PageDown in place as
<PgUp>/<PgDown> for their scrolling function.
So the new 'To Previous/Next Pagw would get <Ctrl>+<PgUP>/<PgDown> keyboard
binding, while moving the less common .uno:JumpToHeader, .uno:JumpToFooter to
the <Shift><Ctrl>+<PgUp>/<PgDown> bindings?
A tad more work, here and for documentation, but reasonable way to finish this
out.
