Calc provides five CEILING functions (CEILING, CEILING.MATH, CEILING.PRECISE,
CEILING.XCL, and ISO.CEILING) and four FLOOR functions (FLOOR, FLOOR.MATH,
FLOOR.PRECISE, and FLOOR.XCL).

The current Help descriptions do not properly specify the functional nuances of
each variant and it is hard to understand the differences between them from
those descriptions.

I have drafted replacement help descriptions for each of these nine functions,
and these are attached to this bug in two Writer files. These were discussed
with Olivier Hallot in advance of raising this bug.
