Drag and Drop an MP4 file into an impress slide. It should play like any other
animation. Maybe with some controls. Short MP4 files like 10 sec might just
play like GIF. You remember those, right. The 32 year old format that IMPRESS
does support. How about something modern for animations? APNG, MP4, you know,
something defined in the last 10 freaking years? AND SUPPORTING FULL COLOR.

It's a bug that these are not supported.
