In 4.2.4 (50) the situation is much better as a user can now select multiple
rows using the handle a selected row has after tapping on the grey area which
is drawn on top and on the left side of a table.
Selecting multiple rows (or columns) and then using the "delete" function leads
to the result a user expects.
I believe we can close this issue.
One thing that could be improved is, that the handle gets a different color
compared to the default handles a table has (which can be used to resize).
@Tor: what do you think, shall we close this one?
