On my laptop with a 4k screen, the menu in LibreOffice has too large arrows
with a selection of options for some tools.
I'm using Windows 10 Pro with scaling enabled.
There are many problem descriptions on the network, but no solution.
I have tried enabling / disabling OpenGL, hardware acceleration, changing the
resolution, scaling, reinstalling the program, but unfortunately it does not
help. Please, help ...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice
2. The problem occurs immediately after starting each time
Actual Results:
The main menu in LibreOffice has too large arrows when choosing the options of
some tools
Expected Results:
Display the menu correctly
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
