Please open a current release (e.g., 6.4), and see the link available in the
About box. Click it, and see where it goes. Then try to find *the same* link in
the new dialog.
Please note that while Release Notes is a good addition, it does not replace
the link to the verbose change history - both for devs, *and* for users who ask
for full change log.</pre>
