Description:
I have LibreOffice Writer fully updated. In a Table, when I select Date Format
31/12/1999 for my date column (DD/MM/YYYY) the box at the right shows
31/12/1899 - an obvious error, only a hundred years out,lol - and I can't
change it. And then the column refuses to format. I do not have this problem in
OpenOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click to select a column in the Table
2.Select Table - Number Format - Date
3.Select 31/12/1999 - OK
4.Enter a random date in the selected column in another format, ie: 8.5.20
5.Click anywhere else; the date should change to the selected format DD/MM/YYYY
but it doesn't.

Actual Results:
As above.

Expected Results:
As above.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
As above.
