1. Open Calc
2. Launch NVDA (I used 2019.3.1) <a href="https://www.nvaccess.org/download/">https://www.nvaccess.org/download/</a>
3. Input 8/19 into a cell
4. Press Ctrl+1 to open Cell formatting
5. In the Format code field, input MM/DD and press OK
