I am an LO user updating the LO Draw Guide to Version 6.4 and came across this
problem of 3D Effects dialog not opening when using a MacMini running macOS
Catalina 10.15.3.
The 3D Effects dialog opens in LO 6.4 when using a laptop running Windows 10.
The 3D Effects dialog opens in LO 6.3 when using a MacBook Pro running macOS
Catalina 10.15.3.
