<pre>I guess your LibreOffice is a snap version, not a regular one (DEB package),
because there is no 6.4 version in the Universe repository for Ubuntu 18.04
LTS, only 6.0.7. The only other way to install 6.4 from a DEB repository, is
using the PPA LibreOffice Fresh

Please, could you try the following command in a terminal:

If your LibreOffice is a snap, you should ask for help on
