Microsoft Word 2003 - RegistrationForm2014.pdf: NOTOURBUG?

Word 2003 opens identically to LO - with a blank page 3. Since Word 2003 is
that last version of the program that natively writes .doc format, wouldn't
that make it the authoritative version?  I suggest NOTOURBUG.</pre>
