It might also possible to use the native dialogs on MacOS (see my <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=127782#c60">comment 60</a>).
LibreOffice looks a bit outdated, but the print dialog is much smaller and fits
into the screen.
To use the native dialogs, the environment variable SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN must be
set to "gen"
