The first image shows what you see when you look in the Edit:Track Changes menu. There is no sub menu. On the Mac you can also use the Search under the help menu to find commands. So when you type "Track Changes" into the search box, the Mac allows you to see all the track changes menu and submenu items. This is image 2.
