Global hyphenation won't turn off, each doc has to be set off.
This resurrects an old bug summarily dismissed by one of the big cheeses on the
how-to section.
The fact that this is not fixed, and suddenly re-appeared in the current
version of 6.4.2.2 (x64), speaks to the lousy QA/regression testing of this
free product.

Actual Results:
Default as Hyphenation on can't be disabled, even with UserProfile reset
