It's more a matter of time rather than a complex thing.

I'm on Linux too at home but even if had Win10 at home, I wouldn't know how to
create an enable-dbgutil build.

I wonder why some try to migrate away from Oracle... :-)
Xisco: any idea how to provide a Win10 debug master build? I don't see it on
