        <pre>Not a fan, just another in your face Pop-up when configuring an initial
install.  

The OOo era user dialog was stripped out early in LO project, see no need to
restore similar.

Implications for managed installations, and for upgrade install with an
existing profile, would not be applicable.

Those that need tracked changes / commenting, and remembered positioning in
documents already know to configure their user details.
