<conditionalFormatting sqref="A2 B3:B4">
instead, which is correct according to your discussion in openpyxl issue
tracker.
You are using an old version of LibO, 5.2, please try with 6.4.x
Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.</pre>
