Without this, it'll be difficult to help.
2 things you can try before trying to retrieve a backtrace.
First, upgrade to 6.4.3 + follow instructions from
<a href="https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps">https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps</a>
It might help.
