<pre>Are you able to share the files that you encounter these issues with? That can
make it easier to replicate, as I'm not sure that many have files with macros
laying around
6.3 is still supported (6.3.6 is now out), but there is also a version 6.4.3

Long shot, but I see you're on Catalina that has some issues: Does the problem
go away if you grant LO Full Disk Access? You can access that in System
Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy</pre>
