<pre>You are right - the different places are inconsistent.
In fact, the actually implemented shortcut is cmd+page up, which you can access
on laptops by holding fn+cmd+up (fn + up is page up on macs)
This corresponds also to the Windows Excel shortcut which is ctrl+page up
In the customize dialog you were actually looking at the wrong item, the
shortcut you show does work to _select sheets_. The correct shortcut is "To
Next sheet" which does show the correct shortcut
(menu item is no in LO 3.3, so not inherited)</pre>
