When now I do perform these steps - it chooses the UTF-8 encoding.
But maybe because it was a fresh install - the very first save was the
following:
1. Call "Save as"
2. On Windows dialog "Save as" I just chose "Text (CSV)" (without checking the
"Edit filters settings" checkbox)
3. It reminds about loosing some formulas and formating
4. It shows the the "Export Text File" dialog where I could choose the right
charset, and I can remember by default this field was set to Windows
1251/Latin1 (although now I can see by default it is set to UTF-8). I didn't
decide to pay additional attention on that
And the rest you know.
Could you please check the fresh install?
