1) I didn't read your message, it's far too long.
There are a lot of bugs so bugs should be described with minimum necessary.
+ 1 bug per bugtracker
2) try to upgrade to 6.4.3 indeed 6.3 branch will be soon EOL.
3) give a try at <a href="https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps">https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps</a>
