Two hypothesis: the presentation is a POTX (template) simply renamed in PPTX
(but not saved as PPTX), so the association to the image - which I can't find
in any of the XMLs (which are a triumph) - is somewhere else, and it's at the
placeholder (i.e., where there's an image put this... or something similar), or
the presentation is a PPTX but the image has been pasted in a text frame
(because if you go to see the slide template there is a text frame there), so
the image association hasn't been created (and maybe the association is in an
eight-numbered code, of which all the XMLs are full, but it's impossible to
find). In both cases, the problem lies in the original file and not in
LibreOffice.
