Now the 6.4 release notes mention a fix involving tracked changes and numbered
list items (per <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_VERIFIED bz_closed"
title="VERIFIED FIXED - EDITING: Numbering in numbered list doesn't show when affected by tracked changes"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=42748">tdf#42748</a>) which might be relevant here too, as list items are
also separated via hard (paragraph) breaks.</pre>
