<pre>I put the text in the header like you described, but no problem. Exported PDF,
opened in Okular and printed to PDF. Also printed to PDF from LibreOffice
itself.
You can try a newer version without installing by using an appimage:

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED
WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
