The only difference is that the issue no longer occurs at all (neither the text
move issue, nor the subsequent selection issue) in the following stated in the
<a href="show_bug.cgi?id=91912#c6">comment 6</a>:
- The label text entry field under File -> New -> Labels -> Label text
- The file comments field under File -> Properties -> Description</pre>
