If we implement U+3000 space, it should be for Japanese only. This is about showing non-printing characters with "Formatting Marks" ctrl+f10 functionality. Currently we don't show any other space as the "ASCII" 0x20 space as a dot. I looked into this a bit and it is not trivial.
