>From what I've read, manually installing Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual
Studio 2015 from [1] should fix the issue. When trying to do so, the installer
shows an error that another version is already installed. At least in my case,
this might be some issue with the Windows installation itself, so not
necessarily LO's fault.
