The commit above deals with the core part needed to bundle that dictionary with
LibreOffice, and to test if it works, you'd need to build the LO codebase. If
you'd like to avoid that, we can do that part (it only has to be done once per
language).
The main part is adding the dictionary files themselves to the dictionaries
repository, as mentioned on the wiki link given by Sophie. For this, only the
dictionaries repository is needed (though you won't be able to test it
separately). If you could submit a patch to gerrit, that'd be great. If you
have further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
