I checked the related bugs (<a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed" title="RESOLVED FIXED - FILESAVE: File gets corrupt if file contains "framePr" in paragraph properties." href="show_bug.cgi?id=78590">tdf#78590</a>,<a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_VERIFIED bz_closed" title="VERIFIED FIXED - FILESAVE: File getting corrupted after RT due to paragraph gets added into run which has a framePr" href="show_bug.cgi?id=80748">tdf#80748</a>) intended to be fixed by this commit and reverting this part does not bring back the corruption.
