        <pre>confirmed still a problem with 7.0+. This is right before a table of contents,
so likely some special case here. I assume the "keep" property comes from the
Heading - User Index Heading paragraph style - because the paragraph attributes
cannot be accessed directly.

confirmed that all the details in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=93906#c1">comment 1</a> still are true. A simple round-trip
is not enough to "fix" the problem, but even just adding and deleting a
paragraph marker before the TOC is enough to fix the problem.</pre>
