It is a bit too large for the bug tracking > system. I can't share the 360mb file... there are some very confidential things in there. However, I can reproduce the lag by starting with a 1 slide presentation then adding a text box and a picture. Click between the picture, textbox, and blank area on the slide. Try selecting nothing then right click on the picture to bring up properties.
