        <pre>Users likely expect the color to be applied regardless the current filling
type.

More ideally we switch UI control from color to gradient/bitmap/hatching- and
that's exactly how the drawing toolbar works.

What we can do, alternatively to forcing the color fill type, is to disable the
FillColor command if another type is applied. Both solution might fill wrong
for some users and my take therefore is => WF. 

However, since we have some duplicates on this topic it's perhaps better to
force the color. More opinions welcome.</pre>
