Can you clarify whether this means:
A) Adding links to an alphabetical index would cause save/load problems with
the file format.
B) They can be added, but the files would be incompatible with other programs
using the ODF standard.
C) Something else?
Sorry if that's a silly question -- I'm not familiar with how LO development
