There are special characters in the PPTX file you provided, but Impress does
not "see" those, so it will not implement it into a PDF file if you export this
PPTX.
I assume that screenshot of those characters was made when you used another
application, not Impress.
I could reproduce those missing characters in MS 2013, WPS, SM 2018 and
OnlyOffice. WPS and SM only showed an image of the characteres , MS and
OnlyOffice let me edit them. Those characters have the font "Cambria Math", the
rest of the slide uses Calibri.
