Expected Comment box should grow as users keep typing their comment and the comment exceeds the default comment box size. With 7.0b1 I no longer see the problem, that even with View > Comments the handles to resize an existing comment do not exist. They did show as expected in this second test. I will watch this and send an update if they go missing again for existing comments.
