Revised demonstration file (Writer doc.)

A misunderstanding, but partly my fault. The revised attachment (please open)
makes this clearer.

I'm talking about adding a Heading or introductory text on the first page of
the Endnotes, just before the Endnotes start—and not actually in the Header
area, itself. Currently this does not appear to be possible.</pre>
