I still have this problem on 6.4.4.2.
I can run without gtk3 (and gtk2), which reverts to x11, and the form sizes
work OK. But when I do that my multi-selection drop-down boxes don't work (the
contents are not displayed).
Having tried generic (non-ubuntu-specific) builds in the past and having the
same problem, I'm still somewhat stuck. I can selectively get round it by
having different desktops to start Base for different purposes, some using:
Exec=env SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen soffice --base --nologo -o ....
to get properly sized forms
and some omitting the env clause so as to get gtk3 and hence multi-select
drop-downs.
But it would be good if someone could sort out libreoffice with gtk3. There
are other issues, like setpos still not working properly (#120620).
