There is only one thread left SalUserEventList::isFrameAlive. All other thread are internal processes are death already. There is no restart.. no LibreOffice window only a process running.. which needs to be killed manually.. If you attempt to launch LibreOffice again.. you get boot/launch loop. Splash screen, splash screen, splash screen .. until to older process is killed.. A bibisect is awfully hard.
