So context menu disabled + CTRL+V refusing.. However, I'm missing the pattern. I speculate about some conflict. SO first paste RTF second paste plaintext, which causes the failure to paste with CTRL+V but has probably something to do with context menu being disabled in the first place. And no really nothing has changed.. it's as broken as it always has been.. Copy/paste from notepad fails - context menu being disabled - after clearing the clipboard at second or third time already. A dev needs to look at this... They context menu not functioning as it should is part of 'larger' issue; causing refusal of CTRL+V too.
