<pre>I think, this basic function is missing in LibO. See also comment

The use of "Paste Special" with option "Shift cells down" will not delete
source cells like it does the corresponding Excel function "Insert Cut cells".
It's a tragedy - since 2011 a large number of up to 320 updates of LibO has
been released, but there was no progress in implementing this basic feature.
LibO has a problem with usability!</pre>
