On Mac Catalina 15.5.
Installed LO
Created a new document and pasted in some text and images from a web page.
Hit Save
The beachball spun for a while and then stopped
No save dialog ever appeared.
Tried quitting.
Got the save or not dialog.
Clicking save did nothing.
I had to Force Quit, then recover the document.
Then I was able to save
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Don't know, This was the first use after installation on a new Catalina
install
2. Therefore not sure that I can ever exactly recreate the conditions.
