        <pre>Description:
After updating to 6.3.6 I found my dates in my ods files changed to MM/DD/YY.
My system default is DD/MM/YY. It is not quite a formatting problem as the
change is seen in the input line. Tried with 6.4.4 and the same thing happens.
The same files opens with the correct dates on LO 6.2.x (on another computer)
and OpenOffice on my laptop.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a calc spreadsheet created with default system date MM/DD/YY
2.
3.

Actual Results:
The spreadsheet will show MM/DD/YY at the input line

Expected Results:
show dates in the correct default format and at the input line

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
