I was discussing the general clipboard topic a bit in the dev chat and was
pointed to this commit:
<a href="https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/fda6ad1458fcd5087c3dde56300b9d0367af6db5%5E%21">https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/fda6ad1458fcd5087c3dde56300b9d0367af6db5%5E%21</a>
cache foreign content in win32 clipboard code (<a class="bz_bug_link

title="RESOLVED FIXED - Undo inserting a row above extremely slow"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=133267">tdf#133267</a>)
I checked the Win 7.1 repo and unfortunately this specific commit is inside a
range of commits! So it might be that this commit helped solve this particular
issue.</pre>
