<pre>Rather than "Safe mode" rename the dialog *and* the Help menu entry?
Since entire dialog is about user configuration and profile--why not just a
"User Profile..." menu entry, with restart warning box title "Enter User
Profile", and message "Are you sure you want to restart LibreOffice and
reconfigure User Profile"?
I don't think there is any chance of confusion with Tools -> Options</pre>
