You cannot add files when creating a new theme in writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open writer and click the gallery button in the sidebar.
2.Click the New Theme button to save the added file.
3.Check to see if there are any files you added.
The interface of lireoffice has become the English UI,Please, check the
attached document.</pre>
