<pre>AFAICS, there are actually two different kinds of Page Break:
1. "Impermeable". A Page Style cannot cross the break. (Currently provided by
the "Insert > More Breaks > Manual Break" option.)
2. "Permeable". A page style can cross the break. (Currently provided by the
"Insert > Page Break" option.)
