<pre><span class=""><a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=162617" name="attach_162617" title="pptx file with 1 theme, multiple layouts, and 2 slides">Attachment 162617</a> <a href="http://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=162617&action=edit" title="pptx file with 1 theme, multiple layouts, and 2 slides">[details]</a></span> is a simple pptx file with two slides. There is one PPT
"Theme" ("Office Theme") and Slide 1 uses the "Title Slide Layout" while slide
2 uses "Title and Content Layout".
However, when I open this in Impress, I see two "Master Slides" named "Title
Slide" and "Title and Content", each slide using one of the two Impress "Master
Slides" and both using the "Title Slide" Impress "Layout".
1. The first major problem, which isn't really the focus of this bug and should
probably receive its own bug, is that there doesn't seem to be a way to edit LO
"Layouts". You can edit a "Master Slide" but the Layouts are fixed.
2. The second major problem is that there seems to be a mismatch between pptx
"Themes" and Impress "Master Slides". The notion of PPT "Themes" seems to match
more closely to Impress "Master Slides", yet individual PPT "Layouts" are
converted to individual Impress "Master Slides" rather than Impress "Layouts".
3. The third major problem is that if I write this back out as a PPT, I now
have two PPT "Themes" each with multiple "Layouts". This is not what I want.</pre>
