        <pre>Pleas add an example database for the query created in SQL-view and changed in
GUI-Mode to see the difference.

What you espect couldn't be the same as the plain text expressed: 
SELECT * FROM "Table1" WHERE ( ("FieldA" = :AskA OR "FieldA" IS NULL) AND
("FieldB" = :AskB AND "FieldB" IS NULL) )
Inside the first brackets I see 'OR', inside the second brackets I see 'AND'.
What you expect is the content with 'OR' in both brackets.
