<pre>You may close this bug report. Although I was not able to come up with a
repeatably test case for you to use, I recently updated macOS to version
10.15.5 and the problem no longer occurs. Most likely the problem was relaated
to an issue within macOS that was resolved in the update. Should the problem
recur in future, I will re-submit a bug report along with a usable test case.</pre>
